7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other dangerous practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited, as is sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure that the vehicle is used within its designed purpose, adheres to passenger and weight limits, and remains within the agreed geographical boundaries unless proper authorization is obtained.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Prestatyn is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental within the last 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
